Daan Ho is an international champion[ion magician and cruise ship headliner based in London. Originally from Taiwan, he first gained recognition at 17 after winning the Grand Prix at Taiwan’s largest magic festival. He later captivated television audiences with daring performances, including extreme feats such as devouring glass and swallowing needles.

 

Now performing internationally, Daan has won major awards including Champion of the International Brotherhood of Magicians (UK), 2nd Prize at the French Magic Championship, 3rd Prize at the Almussafes Convention in Spain, and the Magic News Award at L’Héritier de l’Illusion in France.

 

Known for his originality and theatrical vision, Daan creates distinctive stage works such as Violin Fantasia and Balloonarium, developing unique magical effects using unexpected objects. His work blends visual magic with history, comedy, and psychological elements.

 

Based in London since 2022, Daan has performed across Europe and Asia, with appearances in London’s West End, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, The Magic Circle, and international theatres and cruise ships worldwide.
